Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Whole Garlic Bulbs --
-peeled
6 tb Black Pepper --
-coarse-ground
6 tb Kosher Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne
6 tb Garlic-Flavored Olive Oil
Use a food processor combine the paste ingredients, mashing the
garlic with the pepper, salt, and cayenne. Add the oil to form a
thick paste. Refrigerate the paste covered, for up to 2 weeks.
