1/4 c Bread flour
1/2 c Rye flour
2 1/4 c Whole-wheat bread flour
1 1/2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Caraway seeds
1 1/4 ts Salt
3 ts Yeast
1 1/4 c Golden raisins
