Use 1 tsp for 3 tb total
Use 1/8 tsp for trial amount
4 Ground cinnamon
2 Powdered ginger
2 Grated nutmeg
1 Ground allspice
1 Ground cloves
Combine all ingredients (or those of your choice) and store in an
airtight jar. Try a little in plain oatmeal cookies, white or raisin
bread.
