Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/3 c Raspberry preserves 4 ts Cider vinegar
1/4 c Vegetable oil 1 tb Dry white wine
4 ts Rice vinegar 1 ts Coarse grained mustard
Place preserves in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Stir in rest
of ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 3/4 cup.
