1 1/2 lb Steak, round; 3/4 to 1" thck 1 tb Shortening
3 tb Flour, all-purpose 15 oz Spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms
1 ts Salt 10 oz Green beans, Italian; frozn
1/2 ts Oregano 16 oz Onions, whole; drained
1/4 ts Pepper
Rub steak with mixture of flour and seasonings; reserve remainder of
flour mixture. Cut steak into 6 pieces. In large skillet over
medium heat, brown steak in hot shortening. Place in baking dish,
11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2". Heat sauce and flour mixture to boiling,
stirring constantly. Pour over steak; cover. Bake at 375 degrees for
45 minutes. Add vegetables; cover and bake 45 minutes.
