Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Chocolate or Vanilla cookie 2 tb Light corn syrup
Crumbs 1/4 c Rum
1 c Confectioners' sugar 2 tb Cocoa
1 1/2 c Finely chopped walnuts
1. Combine cookie crumbs, confectioners' sugar, 1 cup walnuts, corn
syrup,
rum, and cocoa in bowl; mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. 2. Roll
each ball in remaining walnuts. Air-dry about 1 hour. Store in
airtight container in cool place; these will keep for several
weeks. 3. VARIATION: Reduce nuts to 1 cup. Roll finished balls in
sugar or
shredded coconut.
