1 Very ripe banana
1 ts Lowfat yogurt
1/4 ts Rum extract
1 tb Raisins
Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Thaw slightly,
combine in blender with remaining ingredients except raisins. Blend
until smoothl. Stir in raisins. Serve.
