Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 cn Tuna 1/4 md Red onion, finely chopped
1 Mango or papaya, peeled and Juice of 1/2 lime
-diced 1 pn Of cumin
1 Orange, peeled and diced 1/2 Red pepper, diced
1 Pear, peeled and diced 1/2 Jalapeno pepper, finely
2 Sprigs fresh cilantro, -diced
-chopped 1 pn Of crushed black pepper
Place all ingredients except tuna into small bowl. Mix well and let
sit for half an hour to allow flavours to blend. Spread on your
favorite bread and top with tuna chunks.
