Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c chicken broth
1 TB tomato paste
2 TB honey
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 TB butter
Cook everything and after it has reduced add the tablespoon of
butter. This is very nice for Cornish Game Hens
