Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:




1/4 TB light soy sauce
1/2 ts each minced garlic and
: ginger
2 ts sugar
2 TB rice vinegar
: salt and pepper

Set ingredients in a small saucepan, heat and reduce until syrupy;
drizzle through a strainer, over tuna.
