See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
10 oz Cooked chicken breast 2 tb Lemon juice
2 Shallots, chopped 1 tb Light soy sauce
3 Scallions, chopped 1 pn Chili powder (dried red
1 Green pepper (jalapeno or -type)
-serrano type), slice into 10 Mint leaves
-rings 5 Coriander leaves
Chop the chicken breast then mix together all the ingredients except
the garnish. Sprinkle with the chopped mint and coriander leaves.
Serve with plain rice.
