10 pk Frozen chopped spinach
6 ea Bacon slices, cooked and
-crumbled
2 ea 8oz pkg cream cheese,
-softened
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Grated medium Cheddar cheese
1 ts Dill
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 ea Garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ea Loaf french bread
Thaw and squeeze out excess moisture from spinach. Mix all
ingredients togethers. Cut top off French bread and hollow out.
Fill loaf with spinach mixture. Put lid back on bread, wrap in tin
foil, and bake in a 350F oven for about 2 hours. Cube the bread from
hollowing out the loaf and use as dippers. Serves 6-8. Can also use
a round loaf of pumpernickel instead of French. Origin: Homestyle
