Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Butter 1 c Whole wh pastry flour
6 oz Cream cheese, softened 1 c Rolled oats
2 ts Vanilla Jar strawberry preserves/jam

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Blend in vanilla. Add flour
and stir in oats. Chill sough overnight. Roll out on lightly
floured boatd to 1/4" thickness. Cut with 2" round cutter. Place on
ungreased cookie sheets. Make an indentation on each cookie in it's
center with your thumb. Fill with 1t preserves. Bake 350 deg, 20
