Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 tb Olive oil 3 md Tomatoes -- sliced
1 Lime -- juice only 2 tb Cilantro -- minced
Salt and pepper -- to taste 2 tb Green onions -- minced
2 Avocados -- sliced
Combine olive oil and lime juice with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Slice avocados and coat with lime juice mixture. Arrange on plates
with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with cilantro and green onions.
