Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 tb Oil
1/4 c Honey
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Of one of the following:
Raisins
Diced apple
Grated carrots
Grated zucchini
Blueberries
Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in remaining
ingredients. Stir until barely mixed. Add fruit. Spoon into lightly
greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 375'F.
