Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 tb Butter
2 c Pineapple, save the juice 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts 2 tb Flour
1 c Miniature marshmallows 1 Egg
Mix together the cheese cubes, pineapple chunks, chopped nuts and
marshmallows. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add sugar, flour and 1
cup pineapple juice, adding enough lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Cook
sauce slightly to a boil. Gradually add the egg which has been well
beaten. The sauce should thicken. Let sauce cool completely before
pouring over cheese mixture. Randy Rigg
