Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 ea Garlic -- sliced thin
1 ea Garlic powder (taste)
1 1/2 oz Vodka
4 tb Cream (to make sauce pink
1 ea Tomato sauce
1 ea Salt
2 tb Butter
1 ea Pepper
Saute garlic just til transparent. Add vodka and simmer till alcohol
is reduced. Add tomato sauce, garlic poder and simmer again and start
adding cream till sauce is pink. Add salt and pepper Use over pasta.
