IN A MEDIUM-SIZED BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND SUGAR;
SET ASIDE. IN A MEDIUM-SIZED BOWL, BEAT EGG WHITES JUST UNTIL STIFF.
VERY MOIST PEAKS WILL FORM. IN ANOTHER BOWL, BEAT EGG YOLKS LIGHTLY,
STIR IN MILK AND OIL, AND BLEND WELL. POUR LIQUID ALL AT ONCE INTO DRY
INGREDIENTS; BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD IN BEATEN EGG WHITES.
