Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 c. water 1 c. wheat germ
3 tbsp. honey 1 c. whole wheat flour (high gluten)
2 tsp. yeast 1/2 c. raisins or dates
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
MIX all ingredients together. FILL muffin tins 2/3 full. LET RISE 10 minutes. BAKE
350° for 20?25 minutes or until done. YIELD: 8 muffins
