Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Spinach;cleaned 4 Feta Cheese;crumbled;Oz.
12 Greek Olive; 8 Croutons;Oz.
1 Garlic;chopped;clove 4 tb Olive Oil
1 ts Oregano;chopped 2 tb Wine Vinegar
Chop cleaned spinach. Remove pits from olives. Combine all
ingredients except olive oil in a metal bowl.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan till almost smoking. Pour hot oil over
salad and toss quickly. Add more vinegar if necessary.
