Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sm Red cabbage -- thinly 1/3 c Mayonnaise
-sliced 1/4 c Pineapple juice
1/2 Red bell pepper -- thinly 1/4 c Golden raisins
-sliced 3 ds Tabasco sauce
1/4 c Olive oil Salt and pepper
Combine the cabbage and red peppers in a large bowl. In a small bowl,
combine all the remaining ingredients and whisk together well. Pour
the dressing over the cabbage and pepper and toss well.
