2 pounds tofu (4 cups) 2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 4 tsp. basil leaves
4 tsp. sweetening of your choice 2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
DRAIN tofu. MASH thoroughly with hands or a potato masher. MIX remaining ingredients.
YIELDS: 4 c.
