Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 lb Turkey breast
2 c Apple cider
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Corn starch
Put breast in small roast pan bake 450F 30 minutes,no cover. Mix 1
1/2 Cups Cider with 1/4 C Soy Sauce pour over Turkey Breast, cover
bake 1 1/2 hours at 325F. Mix 2 T. Cornstarch with 1/2 C apple
Cider, pour into pan with breast, bake uncovered untill thickened.
Drain sauce into seperate bowl serve with turkey...
