1 c Butter
1 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 tb Fresh Parsley
Pepper to taste
Chopped garlic
2 tb Tomato paste
Melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, chopped garlaic, parsley, and
pepper. Add cheese. Stir in 2-3 tbsp tomato paste. Heat until
thickened, stirring constantly.
