Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 lb Round Steak 1 ea Medium Onion, sliced
2 tb Canola or Olive Oil 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1/3 c Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Thyme, dried
2 tb A-1 Sauce 1/2 ts Pepper
Make a marinade of all ingredients (except round steak). Remove all
visable fat from the meat, cut into four pieces. Marinate steak two
hours (or more - refrigerate if for longer period). Broil steak,
basting with marinade.
