1 lb Steak, round 1/2 c Wine, Burgundy
3 tb Oil, olive Salt; to taste
1/2 c Tomatoes; chopped Pepper; to taste
1/2 c Green peppers; chopped 1 c Tomato sauce
1/2 c Onion; chopped Cheese, Parmesan; grated
1/2 c Mushrooms; drained, chopped
Cut steak into 4 serving-size pieces; brown in hot olive oil. Add
tomatoes, peppers, onion, and mushrooms, and cook 4 minutes. Put
mixutre into a 3-quart casserole dish; add Burgundy, salt, pepper,
and tomato sauce and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover dish and
bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
