1 lb Cod or halibut in 1 1/2" Paprika
Cubes 2 tb Lemon juice
3 tb Low-fat yogurt or sour 1 ts Instant onion
Dressing 1 ts Salad oil
1 ts Salt (or seasoned salt)
Put fish cubes in a small non-reactive bowl and add lemon juice,
yogurt, onion and salt; stir to coat fish evenly. Cover and
refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Thread fish on skewers
and brush lightly with oil. Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Broil or
barbecue in preheated grill about 4 inches from heat source, turning
frequently, until fish flakes easily, 8 to 10 minutes.
