3 oz Sugar, brown
3 oz Worcestershire sauce
3 oz Mustard, yellow
1/4 c Ketchup
1/8 c Pepper, black, ground
1/8 c Red pepper flakes
3/4 qt Red wine vinegar
1/4 qt White wine
3 oz Salt
Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or
store in aluminum, store in glass.
