Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Sausage, ground 1/4 ts Dry mustard
3 1/2 c Navy beans, cooked 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Onion, chopped 1/2 c Tomato juice
Brown sausage and onion together.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine beans and add seasoning.
Place in greased casserole and pour tomato juice over mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
