Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Rigatoni 1/2 c Milk
1/2 lb Italian sausage 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
2 T Red pepper; chopped 6 oz Cheddar cheese; grated
2 T Green pepper; chopped
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Crumble sausage
and cook in large skillet until browned; drain off excess fat. Stir
in red and green peppers, milk, soup and rigatoni. Turn into 2 qt
baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Source: Wegmans Rigatoni box
