Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c cooked ham --,Chopped
2/3 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 T onions,Chopped
2 T parsley,Chopped
2 T celery,Chopped
1/4 t salt
1 c milk
2 T butter --,Melted
3 T catsup
Mix ingredients and place into buttered loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes in
350 F oven. Unmold carefully. Can be served warm or cold. Serves 8.
