1 ea Ct (12oz) nonfat cottage 2 ea Tb fatfree cream cheese
-cheese 1 cn (71/2oz) king crabmeat,
1 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or -drained
-Miracle Whip 1 cn (4 1/2oz) cocktail shrimp,
2 ea Tb lemon juice -drained
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and
lemon juice. Remove from blender and mix in seafood. Cover and chill.
Serve with nonfat saltine crackers. Per 1/4 cup serving: 79 cal.,
0.6g fat (7%), 35mg chol., 0g fiber, 12g pro., 6g carb., 616mg sod.
