Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Herring, boned and skinned, 1 c Sour cream
-cut in 1/2" diagonal pieces 1/2 c Onion sliced thinnly
1/4 c Marinade from the herring
Mix the pickling liquid and the sour cream. Stir in the herring and
serve garnmished with the onion slices. Origin: Misha Lavazhurev, St.
