8 c Cabbage -- shredded
1/2 c Chicken stock
2 ts Tahini
2 ts Ginger root -- grated
4 Cloves garlic -- minced
1 ts Ground coriander
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Chili powder
2 ts Soy sauce
Place cabbage in 2 Tbsp of stock in large skillet over medium-high
heat. Stir quickly until the cabbage begins to wilt. Remove from
heat. Add tahini, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, chili powder,
remaining stock and soy sauce. Return to low heat, cover, and steam
for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
