See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 lb Lean ground beef 6 oz Water,(use sauce can)
6 cn Tomato sauce (6oz) 1 tb Chili powder
1 c Tomato paste (small 1/2 ts Black pepper
1 ea Green pepper, chopped 1 ts Salt
1 sm Onion, chopped 1 ts Garlic powder
1 cn Rotel diced tomatoes
Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper together. Drain. Put into
large heavy pan. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer about 1
1/2 hour or until rice is done. Stir often to keep from sticking.
