1 lb Asparagus -- cut diagonal 1/4 ts Lemon peel
-1" pcs 1 1/2 c Meunster; chred -- divide
3/4 lb Med shrimp; peel, devein -- 1 12" pizza crust
-half lengthwise 2 Plum tomatoes -- diced
1/2 ts Garlic -- minced
Preheat 450~. Heat oil, add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp, 5
to 6 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, salt and lemon peel; cook,
stirring, just until shrimp is opaque, 1-1/2 minutes. Sprinkle 3/4 c
Muenster over crust. Add shrimp and asparagus mixture; top with 3/4 c
Muenster and tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 310 Cal; 14 gr Fat.
