1 qt Water 2 T Lemon juice
1 ea Lemon, sliced 1 t Salt
1 ea Bay leaf 1/8 t Pepper
6 ea Peppercorns 1/4 t Garlic salt
2 lb Raw shrimp 1/4 t Tabasco sauce
2 T Mazola corn oil
Combine water, sliced lemon, bay leaf and peppercorns in large
saucepan. Bring to a boil, add shrimp, turn heat low and simmer for
ten minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Drain, shell and
clean and place in bowl. Meanwhile combine remaining six ingredients.
Mix well, pour over shrimp, cover and refrigerate for several hours
stirring once or twice to season evenly. Serve on lettuce as main
course. Makes 5 servings. Portion- 10 shrimp) Total calories 160
