3 cn Shrimp; 4-1/2 to 5 oz. ea. 1/3 c Parsley; chopped
1/3 c Onion; chopped 1 1/2 ts Oregano
3 Garlic cloves; finely choppd 3 Pizza crusts (9"); unbaked
1/2 c Shortening (or oil); melted 3/4 lb Cheese, Mozzarella; thinly
18 oz Tomato paste, Italian style -sliced
Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water. Cook onion and garlic in
shortenign until tender. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add parsley and oregano. Place pizza crusts on
well-greased baking pans. Cover each crust with one-third of the
sauce, one-third of the shrimp, and one-third of the cheese. Bake at
425 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese melts.
