1 lb Cooked peeled shrimp *OR**
1 cl Garlic, minced 1 t Capers
1 c Chopped celery 2 ea Tb Kraft fatfree mayonnaise
2 ea Hard cooked egg whites, -or Miracle Whip
-chopped 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 ea Sweet pickle, finely chopped 1 l Salt and pepper to taste
Cut each shrimp into two or three pieces. Combine all ingredients.
Serve on lettuce or as a stuffing for tomatoes. Per serving: 88 cal.,
0.8g fat (8%), 147mg chol., 0.3g fiber 17g pro., 2g carb., 294mg sod.
