6 tomatoes,peeled sliced -

1/2 spanish onion -=or=-
1 red onion,sliced into thin
-- rings
1/4 c olive oil
1 T vinegar
1 garlic clove,crushed
1 salt pepper
1 parsley,chopped
1 pn sweet paprika
1 pn cumin
Combine the tomato onion slices. Make a sauce with the remaining
ingredients pour over the tomatoes onion.
