Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb White peaches 2 tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Wash peahces, then peel them and chop coarsely after removing pit. Put
peaches and sugar in food processor;blend until liquified. Add lemon
juice and blend for a few seconds longer. Transfer to ice cream maker
and freeze according to manufacturer;s instructions.
