Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 lb Noodles, 1/4-inch wide or 1 ea Egg; slightly beaten
-wider; cooked 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Cottage cheese 1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 c Sour cream 4 tb Butter; melted

-------------------MIX'N'MATCH VARIATIONS------------------------
1/4 c Onion; chopped 1 c Tuna; well-drained and
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped -flaked
1/2 c Celery; chopped 1 1/2 c Diced cooked poultry
1 c Mushrooms; sliced

Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
[Cook noodles according to package directions.] Put the cooked
noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. Put
into the casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbling
and set.

Note: This recipe has infinite variations. Use the butter to saute
any one or more of... [in the ingredients above, under Mix'n'Match],
then add to the noodles.
