Serve this easy pizza as an 1 ea 12 inch prepared pizza
-appetizer while your -crust, thawed if frozen
-guests watch you 2 ea Tomatoes, sliced
Barbecue the main course 1 c Grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c Pesto sauce
Spread pesto sauce evenly over pizza crust. Arrange tomato slices in
single layer over pesto sauce. sprinkle evenly with parmesan. Place
pizza on wire cake reack, place rack on foil pizza pan. Place rack
and pan on barbecue grill. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or
until cheese is bubbly and crust is beginning to brown around edges.
Serve at once cut into wedges. Per serving: 546 calories for 4, 364
for 6. 23 g fat for 4, 15 g for 6. Excellent source of calcium, good
