2 md Tomatoes; chopped 2 cl Garlic; minced
-(about 2 cups) 1/2 Jalapeno chile pepper,finley
1/4 c Red onion; -chopped
1 tb Brown sugar; (substitute) 4 (1/2" thick;pork loin chops;
1/2 ts Salt; -(about 1 lb.)
2 tb Lime juice; -trimmed of fat;
In large nonstick skillet, combine tomatoes, onion, brown sugar,
salt, lime juice, garlic and chile pepper; mix well. Cook over
medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Add pork chops spoon
chops. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Cook over
medium-heat for 5 minutes. Turn pork chops, cook an additional 5
minutes to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. FOOD EXCHANGE
