Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 bn Fresh Spinach, torn up 1 Carrot, peeled sliced
2 Green top Onions, sliced 1 Tomato, diced
1 c Mushrooms, sliced 1 Cucumber, peeled sliced
8 oz Chicken, cooked diced 4 Radishes, sliced
Prepare vegetables and toss with chicken in a large salad bowl. Use
Spinach Salad Dressing (in next recipe). Mix dressing, shake well,
pour over salad, toss, and serve.
