Spinach salad with honey dressing - sl 1/90

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 ts Salt 3/4 lb Fresh spinach; torn
1 cl Garlic; crushed 8 oz Can mandarin oranges; drain
1/3 c Honey 3/4 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
1/3 c Light olive oil -and toasted
1 tb Lemon juice
Sprinkle salt in a salad bowl; rub garlic into salt, using the
back of a wooden spoon. Add honey, oil, and lemon juice to salad
bowl; beat with a wire whisk. Refrigerate.
Add spinach and remaining ingredients to dressing; toss gently.
Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
