See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Ground beef Romaine lettuce
1/4 c Grated onion 6 ea Kaiser rolls or hamburger
2 tb Commercial steak sauce -buns; sliced in half
1 tb Minced fresh parsley 1 lg Tomato; cut in 6 slices
1 ts Salt Mushroom sauce
1/4 ts Pepper 2 tb Chopped chives
1 ts Grated lemon rind
-----------------------MUSHROOM SAUCE----------------------------
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced 2 ts Dijon mustard
3 tb Butter or margarine; melted
Combine beef, onion, steak sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon
rind; mix well. Shape into 6 patties abot 3/4-inch thick. Grill
patties over medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to
desired degree of doneness, turning once. Remove patties from grill.
Place lettuce on bottom half of each roll; top with patty, tomato
slice, Mushroom Sauce, and chives. Cover with top, and serve
immediately.
Mushroom Sauce: Saute mushrooms in butter in a skillet until tender
and liquid is evaporated. Add Dijon mustard, stirring well. Yield:
3/4 cup.
