Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb Butter Consomme
1 tb Onion, finely chopped 2 c Milk
1 tb Flour 3/4 c Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 c Chicken Stock, OR

Melt the butter, add onion, and cook until golden. Blend in the
flour, then add the chicken stock and milk, stirring constantly.
Bring just to boiling, add cheese, and stir until the cheese is
melted. Garnish with choppe parsley or chives.
