1 1/3 lb Shrimp -- peeled deveined
2 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Sweet hot sauce reserved
-from Sweet Heat
-Chicken Wings
Toss the shrimp with the cornstarch, soy sauce and ginger. Heat a
large wok or skillet over high heat until smoking. Add the oil and
swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the shrimp in 1 or 2
batches and stir fry until the shrimp lose their raw look and begin
to firm. Add the reserved sauce and toss while the sauce heats to a
simmer. Serve immediately.
