Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 pt Strawberries, sliced or
-whole
1/2 c Walnuts
1 ts Sugar
1/2 c Mascarpone (Italian cream
-cheese)
1 tb Coffee liqueur
Process walnuts with sugar in food processor until mixture becomes a
paste. Scrape the workbowl and add mascarpone and coffee liqueur, and
process until smooth. Serve as sauce with berries. Source: Fifty Ways
